A:  Texas Air Salvage has a min shipping charge of $14.95. Most items will ship for this amount anywhere within the lower 48 states. Some large and/or heavy items require special handling and have a crating/boxing charge. If the item is not available for purchase online then expect actual shipping charges + crating that may apply. Feel free to ask the sales rep for a shipping quote.


Q:  8130-3 Form?

A:  Used parts do not qualify for an 8130-3 form, however, there are times when we send a part to a certified repair station for repairs and offer the part for sale with the 8130-3 form supplied by the certified repair facility. If the part has an 8130-3 form then it will be clearly displayed in the ad details above.

TAS is not the manufacturer of the item(s) and gives no warranties, either expressed or implied. The entire risk as to the eligibility and airworthiness of the item(s) is with the buyer and / or installing agency. Aircraft engines are not returnable. Electrical items must be installed by a licensed repairman / installer to be eligible for a return. All other items are returnable within 30 days of the purchased date. Items being returned must be in same condition as when shipped. Items returned cannot be altered or modified in any way. Shipping insurance is not provided by TAS and all shipping risk and expense is with the buyer. TAS will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
